Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pursight ("Service"), operated by Pursight LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pursight provides government contract intelligence including re-compete pipeline tracking, pricing benchmarks, competitive analysis, and related tools. The Service is built on public data from federal sources including USAspending.gov, SAM.gov, and GSA.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

Pursight provides data sourced from public federal databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Vulnerability scores, win probabilities, and recommendations are estimates based on historical patterns and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

The Service is not affiliated with any government agency.

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and proprietary scoring models, is owned by Pursight LLC. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (e.g., tracked NAICS codes, saved searches).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL PURSIGHT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOST CONTRACTS.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting [email protected].

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
