Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and industry selection. Optionally, you may provide your UEI (Unique Entity Identifier).

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, searches performed, and features used.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for sending transactional and alert emails
• Cloudflare — for CDN, DNS, and security services

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Service and its users.

The contract intelligence data displayed in the Service is sourced from public federal databases (USAspending.gov, SAM.gov, GSA). This data is publicly available and not subject to this Privacy Policy.

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication token. We use Cloudflare analytics for traffic monitoring. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes.

You may:

• Access your account data at any time through the Settings page
• Update your personal information through the Settings page
• Request deletion of your account and data by contacting support
• Opt out of email alerts through the Settings page

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), JWT authentication, and Cloudflare DDoS protection. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
